To my understanding we comped the cost of the crib for all 3 nights of your stay due to the inconvenience of that. I will handle all these issues accordingly to ensure they never happen again. As for the soda machine, we use a 3rd party vending company and their machine was having an issue at the time during your stay. I do apologize for the inconvenience.

The workers should have put plastic between the work areas and common areas. Due to work, elevators and exterior doors weren't functioning.

酒店已经很旧了，房间需要翻新一下（壁纸破损、天花板染色……）。但房间非常干净、安静、宽敞——对于这个价格来说是顶级的住宿。交通便利，早餐有烤面包、华夫饼、酸奶、苹果等。住一晚完全没问题。我们会再次预订。
这个地方状况非常糟糕。窗户破裂，吹风机坏了，浴室天花板破裂，家具后面有垃圾，噪音很大，停车场的卡车司机在半夜发出噪音，客房服务人员粗鲁无礼，提出要求时服务不周，墙纸剥落。我们在抵达前提出要求，但不得不乞求婴儿床。又打了 2 个电话才拿到一张。
糟糕的经历——再也不来了。
该物业正在进行一些改造，一些走廊堆放着材料。它们不会妨碍你，但你知道事情正在发生变化。令我惊讶的是一切都很安静。有线电视有限。
房间很安静。工作人员非常好。像这样的大公司应该认真做一下小规模的维护。
