I stayed in room 238. The air conditioner was not working correctly, the toilet was running all night long every 10 minutes, the microwave really didn’t work right and neither did the refrigerator.
I feel this is too many things that they would have to know about some of them at one point.
When I spoke to the agent at the desk, I truly got the feeling that these things would not be addressed although they gave me the company line that we would look into it right away.

A general needs to be vacuumed and cleaned in general areas. Room was clean
The clock was dang near impossible to set. Was unplugged when I got to the room so needed setting. Took me over 30 minutes (and I have an engineering degree!). Then when set, was very dim to the point couldn’t read the numbers. Luckily I set my phone alarm as the cloc alarm could not be heard.
Breakfast was a 3! Got there late in serving period. Hardly any eggs left and they were cold. Also very little gravy left, but was very good. No milk, no meat, limited to no breads/muffins.

The staff was very nice. The rooms definitely need some updating and painting and fixing holes in walls and the bathroom needed to be cleaned better. Mold and mildew remover needed to be used in the shower. The rooms aren’t 5 star by any means but it is affordable and comfortable and clean. You can definitely hear hallway noise from the door.

This was a comfortable stay- unfortunately the pool was closed for the season ( it was still hot out though) - and the parking lot was very easy to miss- they need another sign or two.

Not sure about Shopping arrived late left early
Parking lot was well lit. the side door going into hotel didn't shut good and our door to the room was very hard to open and had a crack around the door frame you could see through.

We tried to see if we could change the reservation to a different location because of a medical emergency and hospital change. They couldn't do it but canceled the reservation without re-imbursement and no email of cancelation. We tried to check in later to find out they resold our room. Not the best way to do business.

I booked a room here for my mom, and unfortunately there were several issues. Her first room had no working bathroom lights, so the staff moved her to another room. That room, however, was missing the strike plates on the door, leaving a visible hole in the jamb and making it feel insecure. Maintenance added a strike plate the next day, but it didn’t fit well and the damage was still noticeable.
The hotel was also difficult to locate — the sign comes after the turn, and the neighboring Hampton Inn parking lot doesn’t connect, so it’s easy to miss and requires circling back.
The staff was helpful and tried to address concerns, but overall the property needs better upkeep and clearer signage.

The rooms could stand to be updated because they're showing a bit of wear and tear, but the hotel is clean, quiet, and convenient. The breakfast is good too. It's an overall good value. It was my second time staying here.

The Indian clerks kept staring at my wife during checking in, felt very uncomfortable. Pretty sure they may have cameras in the room so be careful and check. Rooms are not up to date, cracks in wall. Dirty smudges on furniture, old tv. They could do better. Will not be back again.
