Wish they had an elevator, but our room was very close to the stairs. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms was clean and neat. The hotel itself showed a little outdating but the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. We had no problems.

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was really nice. The only negative was that the pool was closed for the season, but the advertisement showed it to be open.

The front desk clerk was pleasant. The bathroom had a one inch waterbug (cockroach) making itself at home on the bathroom counter. When i went to ask for something to be done i was put in a room with the bathroom with a cracked tub and threadbare shower curtain. Needed to stay another night but will look around for another hotel.

Room 105 smelled musty or smoky. Was clean and bed was comfortable. Had to disconnect the hdmi cable and reconnect to get the tv picture to work.

If I could give it zero stars I would! Will NEVER stay here again or any quality suites. Poor upkeep of rooms. Broken windows, exposed outlets with no covers, cracked tiles in bathroom, needed more grout and caulk in bathroom. Fixtures rusted. Clean sheets were the only perk and that should be a standard must. Huge gap between door frame and actual door. Light pouring in. Pool was full of algae and GREEN. Overall horrible experience and definitely did not feel safe. Loud. If you are a woman or have children this is not the place for you.

Hot breakfast is scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy every day, every time. Sometimes, only biscuits and gravy. Some cereal and oatmeal. First floor ice machine has been broken for 5 months. Many doors are missing strike plates, so less secure. They are friendly, but property is in need of many repairs. Price is best point.

Staff was amazing! Very kind and helpful, even offering help without being asked. Check-in and check-out were efficient. I would definitely stay again.
