房子看起来很旧。我要求换成无障碍房间，却被告知没有空房。我还要求多加一条毯子，结果也没有。由于家里有急事，不得不提前一天退房，并要求退还未入住的那晚房费。前台工作人员让我联系我预订的第三方。
