马桶水箱没注满水。我们不得不把盖子打开才能修好,这样马桶才能注满水冲水。我要了毛巾,他们却拿走了,什么也没给我。噪音很大!墙很薄。水管工来了,说马桶没问题。它又用了几次,然后又坏了。
房子看起来很旧。我要求换成无障碍房间,却被告知没有空房。我还要求多加一条毯子,结果也没有。由于家里有急事,不得不提前一天退房,并要求退还未入住的那晚房费。前台工作人员让我联系我预订的第三方。

房间很安静
