Horrible!!! Upon arrival the room door was open. The T.V. didn’t work, and I called to inform the front desk. Unfortunately, the phone service wasn’t work. The hotel was also not clean at all. We will NEVER book this hotel again.

The ac didn't cool the room down. the sink wouldn't drain. the toilet wouldn't flush without holding the handle down for 5 minutes.

Staff friendly and helpful. Stay is fine if only for a night or two. But if on vacation I wouldn’t suggest. The hotel is showing her age.

We were staying the night for family weekend at SFA. We only spent enough time to sleep so our stay was quick.

If you are looking for a place to sleep for the night and save a few bucks this location will work. But if you are expecting other amenities and cleanliness usual associated with the La Quinta brand you will be disappointed.

Room was clean but still had a stale cigarette smell. Deodorizer was too strong smelling for allergies

Convenient location, friendly staff. Any and everything I needed was in proximity of the La Quinta.

Great Place
I liked it because it was convenient for where I needed to be. It was very quiet. The only suggestion I would have is to put some handrails in the showers for the elderly people but other than that, it was great.

Most of the maid service does not speak English. Difficult to relay issues in room.
Great hotel for Spanish speaking population. Room very dirty, floors made my feet and socks actually black. Maids only clean surface areas.
