The room was very clean and had everything we needed.One thing to make special mention of was we had some difficulty with the wi-fi and tv and we called the desk and the person on duty came up to our room and helped us get straightened out.Service with a smile for sure !!! Thank you !!!!

The Staff were all very professional and friendly. I had a minor issue with the TV and it was fixed asap. The Hot Breakfast spread was beyond expectations and very tasty. The Spa is large and hot. The Pool was refreshing. I'd like to remark on how VERY clean the entire Hotel is and the room and beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend.

The property was great. In making my booking reservation on ******* I selected a 2 queen bed room. Upon arrival I was told the only available room was a handicap accessible room with only a king bed. My only reason for not liking the handicap room is the shower is always open and I get cold taking a shower with no curtain or door. The biggest issue is we were directly across the hall from the guest laundry room. Well someone apparently decided they needed to wash something with multiple metal buttons that clang clang clang constantly at 1:30 in the morning. Very disrespectful, and I'm sure we were not the only guests who were woken up becuase of this loud laundry drying.

Our stay was wonderful! Rooms were clean, quiet, and safe. The pool and hot tub area were also very nice, the cookie happy hour was a nice surprise too! I will definitely be back!

Coffee stations were unacceptable, long wait to get coffee. Had a knock on the door half hour before we were to check out without announcing who they were and they walked in.

Great front desk clerks, breakfast was kept clean and well-stocked. The room was a good size and clean. HVAC system was quiet and worked perfectly. Plenty of parking, and adequate wireless Internet. All toilets flushed loudly, there was some road noise, and the beds were creaky, but we slept well regardless. It’s a bit outside town, but the main road was quick and not too busy.
