This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I travel six months out of the year. The staff here is beyond unprofessional and downright hostile. At check-in, the front desk clerk ignored me for nearly 20 minutes while arguing with his girlfriend on the phone, leaving me standing there like an inconvenience. Things only got worse. Despite already paying for my room, they attempted to charge me a second time. When I refused to be scammed, they actually threatened to call the police and made a scene outside my door, trying to kick me out of a room I had already paid for. The level of rudeness, intimidation, and incompetence is staggering. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the country and have never encountered such disrespectful treatment from staff. This place is a disgrace to the hospitality industry, and I would strongly warn anyone against booking here. Save yourself from this nightmare

Very dirty, table has nasty stuff all over it, shower head had mold as well as black stuff all over the sink and tub.

We wanted to stay / needed to stay a night after I had surgery, but they refused to take cash. When and why would a business refuse cash?

The room was filthy dirty and smelled terrible. There were black hand prints all over the bathroom door and food stuck to the table. The room also smelled very strongly of ****.

This was by far the worst hotel stay I have ever had. It was beyond disgusting…so much that I left property early and went somewhere else. It’s not even that the hotel is beyond run down but it was filthy… no excuse for filth!

设施:一般 床品不行 睡不好 薄毯子 没有被子 ,天冷不得不开空调,空调很厉害厉害到我当烘干机用。但是真的是太干燥了 半个月没睡好
