I have never been in a hotel that did not have carpeting in the room. I did not bring slippers, so walking on the bare floor was uncomfortable. The bed mattress was super soft and the multiple pillows had no support even when doubled up. Very unpleasant room.

The location of the hotel is what matters the most since my family lives nearby. The staff has been friendly each time we stay. I like that we do not get disturbed by cleaning or other guests. It’s not fancy, but the beds are comfortable.

No elevator, TV & bedside lamp did not work, mattresses sagged, curtains were not designed to be closed to block out light, door keycards did not work well, shower curtail would not stay closed because it was installed improperly, and breakfast juices were watered down. Price paid was way too high for condition of property. This motel tarnishes Quality Inn's good name.

Overall good service. I got a disable room and quite close to the lobby and couldn’t really sleep the last night due to some noise. Other than that it was great!

酒店房间很脏，两个床头柜后面都有垃圾，水槽边缘有一个爆米花粒，我打开水龙头时它掉了下来。房间里的每一盏灯和床头板上都积满了灰尘，我进房间时闻到一股难闻的气味。
浴室天花板上布满了巨大的蜘蛛网。浴缸上有一处污渍，很容易就能擦掉。
