The manager was horrible. I paid 343$ travel agent got 84$ back deserved all actually. Came for bedrest and I had to complain bout roaches and a unlatched door. The housekeepers were amazing though

Previous stays fine - this time not so good
On day one we went to Breakfast and there was Cereal but no Milk. The Hot Water dispenser on the Coffee Machine was not working and was never fixed for the duration of our 9 night visit. On at least two days one of the Juice options on the Juice Machine was out and not replenished. One day the Frozen Burritos were out of stock and not replenished. On several days the Trash Can in the Breakfast area was overflowing and falling out onto the floor with no place to put more garbage and was not emptied. Tables were not wiped off. The breakfast room was VERY hot with no cooling / ventilation running.

WE checked in to find the floors of the room were very dirty. When requesting more towels , the ones given to use were dirty. Will not ever stay here again.

This is the second time we have chosen to stay here and both times have been excellent. The complimentary breakfast always has great choices. It has been clean and quiet both times. I love that there are many dining options close by, as well as a walmart. This is my number one choice when visiting Live Oak.
