The staff and service were generally good — friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, the property condition and facilities were very poor. The rooms and common areas felt dirty and outdated, and the environment overall did not feel comfortable.
The area around the property was also disappointing. It felt unsafe, noisy, and inconvenient, with very limited dining options and transportation access.
Overall, while the staff did their best, the property itself and its surroundings made the stay unpleasant.

TERRIBLE STAYING HERE
The room wasn't clean. There were hairs in the sheets, and crumbs, that means that you don't even wash the sheets. In the bathroom sink there were hairs like if someone shaved, you didn't even have the courtesy of making it go away at least with water. TERRIBLE STAY.

Floor never been mopped, seen maybe 2-3 roaches, room smells like basement, open doors if no one going to stay in the place for a while. Other than that I worked with what I had.

The bed was noisy every time you move, the tub was nasty, had to put floor mat in tub to shower. No refrigerator nor microwave and I killed roaches the entire time I was there. My husband and I came in from the game and as we arrived back to our room a woman was using the outside as the bathroom. She got upset with us because we caught her.
