Room was okay. Noted stains on mattress and bedding. Pool was not heated, the kids were disappointed. Staff pleasant.

Toilet was backed up. Asked for help and was handed a plunger. Not my job to fix a hotel problem.

The rooms were clean, They didn’t have 2 queen bed handicap room had to settle for regular room, the bathrooms are so small couldn’t fit my walker in bathroom to close door and the toilets are so low like a elementary school. Had to use the handicap bathroom on 1st level. a couple of times. Beds are super comfortable. Breakfast was horrible my eggs were still frozen, sausage was cold. Coffee was good. The handicap bathroom downstairs was ok, the toilet needs to be more stable it rocks back and forth. Not very clean

The only reason I rated the property conditions with 4 stars instead of 5 stars was because the elevator quit working the morning I went downstairs for breakfast prior to checking out.

The air conditioning in the room didn't work properly and made a horrible noise anytime it was on. The ceiling fan, when it was on, was so loose it looked like it was going to come off the ceiling. The phone in the room wasn't hooked up, and couldn't connect, the alarm clock didn't work. It was an awful room.

Our reservation was lost and took 30 minutes for the employee to figure it out.
