Room was clean and bed comfortable. But the furniture was old and scuffed, lampshade had stain, needed a little updating.

The rooms were clean, They didn’t have 2 queen bed handicap room had to settle for regular room, the bathrooms are so small couldn’t fit my walker in bathroom to close door and the toilets are so low like a elementary school. Had to use the handicap bathroom on 1st level. a couple of times. Beds are super comfortable. Breakfast was horrible my eggs were still frozen, sausage was cold. Coffee was good. The handicap bathroom downstairs was ok, the toilet needs to be more stable it rocks back and forth. Not very clean

The only reason I rated the property conditions with 4 stars instead of 5 stars was because the elevator quit working the morning I went downstairs for breakfast prior to checking out.

The air conditioning in the room didn't work properly and made a horrible noise anytime it was on. The ceiling fan, when it was on, was so loose it looked like it was going to come off the ceiling. The phone in the room wasn't hooked up, and couldn't connect, the alarm clock didn't work. It was an awful room.

Comforter had dried washed on blood stain, floor was so dirty that feet were black after showering, husband found some kinda bug on the wall and google said it was a carpet mite, hard bed, flat pillows, front desk told me to “find housekeeping” to get new towels, we received two upon arrival and stayed four nights and they acted like we were crazy for asking for more. Pool had tons of bugs in it, cleaned it ourselves, and was freezing cold. Overall horrible experience!

Property needs some updating. The bathroom fan didn’t work in either room we rented. The shower curtain rod had been moved and patched on the wall and never repainted. Just looked tacky.
Staff was very friendly
