Carpeted part of room floor left soles of my feet black. When I got home I wiped down the soles of my house shoes, same thing - black on cleaning cloth. Safety latch on door wouldnot budge. Toilet seat attachment point was broken on one side. Front desk staff was competent, morning person was way overworked covering multiple jobs. Night person was helpful with identifying a channel number. Parking was great.

When I arrived at 11:30 pm the staff wanted a $250 cash deposit with no notice because my drivers licenece had Lebanon address and "those are the rules". She would not take a debit or credit card for the "deposit" I explained that I did not reside in Lebanon and had very recently moved 800 miles away. After approximately a half an hour discussion with the front desk person explaining that I WILL NOT be handing over $250 in cash she finally checked me into my fully paid for room.

Our room door bolt didn’t work, there was only one chair in the room (2 guests) general lack of fresh air in the hallways, maybe the air system was down. No elevator if your room is on the second floor, you have to haul your luggage up two flights of stairs. Most of the property is in a general state of disrepair. Free parking was appreciated and staff nice but unable to help with the broken bolt.

Have stayed here every weekend after Labor Day for last 6-8 years. Property has changed hands several times and the price always goes up and the service goes down. WAY OVER PRICED!!$$
Will be looking at other options for next year.

Overall, a great value for the money!
They had to move me into a different room because the TV kept going off. But at least they were willing to do that! The TV in the second room worked great. I understand they are about to remodel this year (late 2025), and the attendant told me they are also putting in all new equipment (including TVs). Overall, it was very pleasant. A great value for the money. The bed was super comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Good, but not perfect!
It was pet friendly, the room was clean, the staff was friendly. The ironing board was awful, falling apart. I had to fix it to use it, but it leaned. I didn't dare to put the hot uron on it. Also, I didn't appreciate whoever used their key to open our door to see if the room was occupied. They should have knocked.
