Staff were wonderful and asked what floor I preferred which I thought was nice. I happened to get the same room and it was so special for me and my partner.

Room was clean and nice. Staff were friendly. Nice place to stay. Will stay again in the future.
Danger Will Robertson:
Security robot at front was annoying, it was sitting in the middle of the drop off area. Our driver had difficulty maneuvering around the security robot. After we got out of the car and walked into the lobby the robot finally moved to the sidewalk.

The property and room was clean and comfortably, however I didnt feel that the customer service whenever I would go to the front desk. Seems that I was bothering then when I asked a question.

如果您打算住在温哥华，这家酒店位于费舍尔码头(Fishers Landing)的位置很不错，交通便利，靠近购物区，周边出行也很方便。酒店本身挺现代化，也很干净，有健身房、游泳池和热水浴缸，不过我们去的时候泳池/热水浴缸因为维护关闭了。办理入住等了一会儿，因为前台没人，有个牌子写着他们几分钟后就回来。他们最终来了，工作人员也表示了歉意。我们之前在这里住过一次，当时我儿子在附近有冰球比赛，所以这次是回头客。如果您需要在温哥华地区住宿，我推荐住这里。
地理位置优越，房间干净整洁。周围环境也很好。
我在这里的体验非常好。员工很友好。环境干净舒适。我绝对会再来这里入住。

这次酒店入住体验中唯一值得称道的员工是前台的茉莉。她非常友善，还帮我们提前办理了入住。房间里有霉菌，这让我们很失望。他们留下了前一位客人用过的卫生纸，而且卷纸的封口方式很脏。泳池也需要清洁。泳池内的地面很脏，感觉像油一样。泳池底部也很脏，还有鱼钩和其他杂物没有清理干净。当时酒店空无一人，才下午一点。感觉酒店应该在泳池区域多花些心思。我们从附近的一家快餐店给孩子们点了餐，他们坐在大堂里等我们。当我们把食物带过去的时候，酒吧招待把他们赶了出去，说他们必须到墙的另一边吃。（酒店是开放式的）那边根本没有桌子，而且空荡荡的酒店里也没有人等着吃饭。只有对面墙的另一边有一桌客人在用餐。孩子们根本不会打扰任何人。我觉得把他们赶出去很没礼貌，尤其是在没有其他住宿选择的情况下。你可以下来坐在那里用电脑一整天，却不能吃你没在那里点的食物？这导致我们没用饮料券，第二天一大早就离开了酒店。再说一遍，Jasmine的服务非常好，甚至在退房的时候也是如此。我们以后再也不会住这家酒店了，而我们的儿子刚刚搬到这个镇上。
