We stayed here for three days. The room was very nice and easy to live as a home base during this time. The front desk staff was nice and helpful when needed. The security was good I think as they had a robot that would travel around the parking lot at night. I did get the free glass of wine with the VIP experience which was a nicely added touch. There was a painting class one night, but I did not know about it until it was too late. It would have been fun to join though. I did not use the pool or eat breakfast. There was coffee available and free cookies in the evening. My son was ecstatic that we were staying at a "Premier " hotel!

They did not welcome pets. The bar had a pretty good selection. The hotel offered to complementary drinks from the bar.

Nice rooms and clean. Staff are not service orientated and property tries to nickle & dime you on anything extra I.e. breakfast, water. Unlike a portion of Hilton hotels.

如果您打算住在温哥华,这家酒店位于费舍尔码头(Fishers Landing)的位置很不错,交通便利,靠近购物区,周边出行也很方便。酒店本身挺现代化,也很干净,有健身房、游泳池和热水浴缸,不过我们去的时候泳池/热水浴缸因为维护关闭了。办理入住等了一会儿,因为前台没人,有个牌子写着他们几分钟后就回来。他们最终来了,工作人员也表示了歉意。我们之前在这里住过一次,当时我儿子在附近有冰球比赛,所以这次是回头客。如果您需要在温哥华地区住宿,我推荐住这里。
地理位置优越,房间干净整洁。周围环境也很好。
我在这里的体验非常好。员工很友好。环境干净舒适。我绝对会再来这里入住。

这次酒店入住体验中唯一值得称道的员工是前台的茉莉。她非常友善,还帮我们提前办理了入住。房间里有霉菌,这让我们很失望。他们留下了前一位客人用过的卫生纸,而且卷纸的封口方式很脏。泳池也需要清洁。泳池内的地面很脏,感觉像油一样。泳池底部也很脏,还有鱼钩和其他杂物没有清理干净。当时酒店空无一人,才下午一点。感觉酒店应该在泳池区域多花些心思。我们从附近的一家快餐店给孩子们点了餐,他们坐在大堂里等我们。当我们把食物带过去的时候,酒吧招待把他们赶了出去,说他们必须到墙的另一边吃。(酒店是开放式的)那边根本没有桌子,而且空荡荡的酒店里也没有人等着吃饭。只有对面墙的另一边有一桌客人在用餐。孩子们根本不会打扰任何人。我觉得把他们赶出去很没礼貌,尤其是在没有其他住宿选择的情况下。你可以下来坐在那里用电脑一整天,却不能吃你没在那里点的食物?这导致我们没用饮料券,第二天一大早就离开了酒店。再说一遍,Jasmine的服务非常好,甚至在退房的时候也是如此。我们以后再也不会住这家酒店了,而我们的儿子刚刚搬到这个镇上。
