The indoor pool was nice. We stayed at this hotel in 2020 during Covid and it seemed more luxurious. They had a bar in the lobby and we had a suite with a couch. This wasn’t available during our current stay. No closet and no microwave in the room. You have to go to the lobby to use the one microwave .

Additionally, we have also never had a bar on-site. We do hope that this does not discourage you from coming to visit us again in the future and hope to see you again.

I was so skeptical about the dirtiness of the walls to the room we were staying in. I just couldn’t believe it. The shower door kept opening when showering. The breakfast was good. The toilet kept doing a weird noise all night when other people flushed their toilets. So annoying sound.

Everything about this hotel is just so cool. How everything is set up and the colours. This hotel has such an eccentric, laid back yet unique vibe. It’s hard to describe in words because you’ll just have to see for yourself and you might know what I mean! I love the couches and public spaces to chill and read a book or spend time with the Lord. This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations! My friend and I are from Vancouver, Canada and we were here for a church conference with Time of Celebration Ministries and we had a wonderful time! Thanks Tru! My only complaint is that the towel hooks aren’t in the bathroom lol I’d like to have my towel hung up inside so I can easily access it after I finished showering.

Absolutely incredible stay! The breakfast was delicious, and the staff, especially housekeeping, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We’re already looking forward to our next visit to Tru Cypress — it's our top choice whenever we're in the area!
