Room was clean and the staff were friendly. Wish they had a free breakfast option. Overall a very nice property and within good distance from downtown Indianapolis.

The walls are thin. I could hear someone talking and playing music next door. Some stomping in the room above but everything settled down and was quiet about 9:00PM. Comfortable room. I'd probably stay there again.

Terrible way to run a business.
We stayed for 4 days and the water was off for 2 days. Tried to call the desk and there was no answer. Second day I called the hotel and there was no answer, it just kept ringing. When I went down to the desk she said they were going to have it fixed and that I would be reimbursed. When I checked out they said I wouldn't be reimbursed. I called the number of the manager and got the front desk.

Very loud guests and poor water pressure in shower and sink
