When we have a lot of guests at the hotel and everyone is using the elevator, it can take time for it to show up, depending on who is getting on and off at the time you may need it. 员工真的很好；很喜欢有个小厨房，每个房间都应该有，不用在外面吃饭浪费那么多食物，房间里有冷饮和用品也很棒
房间钥匙问题
我和另外两个人住在一起，比他们先到。预订单上没有其他人的名字。我一共收到了每个人的钥匙。我的一个朋友到了之后，去了前台，前台竟然直接给我配了我房间的钥匙，根本没跟我确认她是不是正确的客人。而且，我之前持有的钥匙也失效了。任何人都不应该在没有得到登记客人确认的情况下，擅自进入任何酒店，拿到客房钥匙。虽然有几个人知道我在那里，但这并不意味着我希望他们都持有我房间的钥匙。幸运的是，我等的就是这个人。我去前台重新激活了所有房卡，确保所有房卡都同步，然后向工作人员投诉，但他们只是把责任推到经理身上，经理也一直没来帮忙。他们虽然略微表示了歉意，但表现得好像这没什么大不了的。
工作人员非常乐于助人，也很友好。房间很安静。床很舒服。电视真的可以用！我们用厨房做饭和储存食物。很棒。这是我们第二次入住，绝对会推荐。
这家酒店一尘不染。是我住过的最干净、维护得最好的酒店之一。员工很棒！隔壁的Freddy's餐厅也值得一试。薯条超赞！
