Tv didn’t work the last night blamed on a snow storm that brought about 2 inches of snow. Overcharge you money for everything. Breakfast was cold. Pool and the people were nice.

酒店前台说能查到我的预订，但显示我还没付款，导致我被重复收费了，可我明明已经在Trip.com应用上付过全款了。我现在正在等退款，不确定具体是哪里出了问题。除此之外，其他一切都很棒，我们全家都很喜欢。

这是最吵的酒店了。管理层明知故犯，把我们安排得最糟糕。以后再也不住这家酒店了，以后可能也不会再住凯悦酒店了。

代客泊车很贵
附近有很多可做和可看的事情
地理位置优越。
没有浴缸，但是淋浴间很大。
非常方便，因为篮球场就在我们面前。
