The staff at he hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. Property is in a good location to go into Charleston, Patriots Point, Isle of Palms etc.....room was clean and in good condition. Outdoor salt water pool is nice though it would be nice if there was a hot tub. Would stay here again on future trips.

我们对Hyatt House的入住体验非常棒。酒店地理位置便利，位于芒特普莱森特一个安静的区域，步行即可到达多家商店。距离查尔斯顿历史悠久的市中心也只有10分钟路程。从客房服务到早餐团队，酒店的员工都非常友善和细心。前台的Dominique和Dani更是锦上添花，他们热情好客，对查尔斯顿地区非常了解，随时准备在我们有需要时提供帮助。我们期待再次入住，希望能有更多有线电视频道选择，并且可以使用我们的Netflix账户。（似乎BET以及其他一些频道与Hyatt House使用的有线电视提供商存在信号干扰问题）。

我们的房间很干净，不过房间里既有迷你冰箱又有大冰箱有点奇怪。淋浴喷头需要清洁一下，水流方向不规则。工作人员很友好，还记得我们上次入住。酒店离商店和餐馆很近。
