这家酒店就在海伦镇（Alpine Helen）的边缘。如果开车从这里去海伦镇主区域，不堵车的话两分钟就到了。步行大约需要10-15分钟。房间很舒适也很安静。淋浴间大小适中。员工热情友好。他们的室内泳池非常小，但提供毛巾。健身房也比较小，有椭圆机、跑步机和自由重量器械，并提供毛巾、擦手纸和器械清洁喷雾。度假期间保持基本锻炼习惯很不错！早餐比较简单，选择不多，但他们提供了一些无麸质食品，当我要求更多新鲜水果时，他们拿来了一些香蕉。我会再住这里！价格实惠，干净，员工也很棒！

在走廊里你可以感受到房间里谈论或发生的一切，走廊里浓烈的食物气味非常难闻，至少白天没有可以喝酒或吃饭的地方，早餐时间也不合适对于正在度假的人来说。他们用黄色胶带封闭了早餐场所，使这个地方看起来很危险或倒塌。当我进去时，我以为那部分正在施工，看起来很可怕。停车非常不舒服，你把车停在隔壁的商场里非常不安全。简而言之，对于我的家人来说，这是一次可怕的经历。

Sofabed needs to be replaced…the springs in the mattress were very uncomfortable. Also the breakfast was disappointing. The orange juice tasted like water, eggs were tasteless and runny and the muffins were dry. The evening coffee was nice but the coffee was cold. On a positive note the staff were nice.

Staff was very courteous and helpful.

Microwave in room was not working.

Inconsistent guest welcome experience. Some guests were given goodie bags, others were not

Internet was down for a day

There was no internet or wi-fi; according to the desk it had not been available for two days. very disrespecful person at desk. Only one chair in the room, not enough towels and wash cloths. They were made available upon request however. The bathroom has no exhaust, making it awful foggy when try to bathe.The only thing good: it was clean. I do not recommend this property, they don't seem to care about making their guest comfortable.

The breakfast section would need to be little more optional and little hotter. Recommended to add creamers options with flavors for coffee.

The bathroom need to be updated since I have noticed some minimal damage at bath tub corner and mirror seemed got some rust. Toilet paper seems put wrong place which it makes it little harder to reach while using the toilet. Recommend to move toilet paper to right position

Overall not bad staying at this hotel.
