Great Hotel, we stayed two nights. Service was excellent, Clean and a good location! We really liked it!

Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. Staff was friendly. Location was a short drive or walk from the main area of Helen but i appreciated that as it was very busy and it was nice to have a place to get away from the crowd and the noise.

Fantastic
The rooms are very clean and comfortable, plenty of outlets and a full length mirror. The breakfast was great, lots of options and the staff was so wonderful and friendly. This hotel is towards the end of the town but still walkable!

Facilities were clean and nice. The front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful with our questions of the surrounding areas. One request would be to provide the rooms with 2 chairs for TV watching etc.

Free parking and breakfast was a nice benefit. It was a little bit of a walk to downtown.

这家酒店就在海伦镇（Alpine Helen）的边缘。如果开车从这里去海伦镇主区域，不堵车的话两分钟就到了。步行大约需要10-15分钟。房间很舒适也很安静。淋浴间大小适中。员工热情友好。他们的室内泳池非常小，但提供毛巾。健身房也比较小，有椭圆机、跑步机和自由重量器械，并提供毛巾、擦手纸和器械清洁喷雾。度假期间保持基本锻炼习惯很不错！早餐比较简单，选择不多，但他们提供了一些无麸质食品，当我要求更多新鲜水果时，他们拿来了一些香蕉。我会再住这里！价格实惠，干净，员工也很棒！
在走廊里你可以感受到房间里谈论或发生的一切，走廊里浓烈的食物气味非常难闻，至少白天没有可以喝酒或吃饭的地方，早餐时间也不合适对于正在度假的人来说。他们用黄色胶带封闭了早餐场所，使这个地方看起来很危险或倒塌。当我进去时，我以为那部分正在施工，看起来很可怕。停车非常不舒服，你把车停在隔壁的商场里非常不安全。简而言之，对于我的家人来说，这是一次可怕的经历。
质量差
酒店质量这么差，价格却这么贵。早餐太差了，早上 9 点还没有补货，尽管截止时间是上午 10 点。不会再去那里了。
