Poop and hair
The front desk staff was amazing. I had hair all over my bed and there was a poop stain on the couch. The breakfast was awful. Even cheap hotels have better food. Dishes were sticky and dirty. The room looked nice and the bathroom/shower was beautiful.

怎么会这样?!我完全不知道啊。
最后跟酒店管理层沟通后才发现,原来是前台工作人员不知道费用已经由第三方支付了,而且我的银行卡和旅行社的卡不一样。这让我感觉很糟糕,被他们折腾得够呛。
另外,房间正对着篮球场和公共街道,这几天是我旅行中最糟糕的日子,根本没法好好睡觉。
在印第安纳凯悦嘉轩酒店入住期间,办理入住手续简单又方便。谢谢。
没有经我同意和告知第二天没有整理清洁房间和浴室
一切始于前台,终于前台。一位接待员用手机跟我打招呼,我几乎要向她求助才能得到任何信息,但她一点也不在乎。之后我注意到,几乎每次经过前台时,他们都在玩手机。前台只有一位工作人员稍微有点帮助。床上用品和浴巾都散发着潮湿的气味。地理位置优越,这家现代化的酒店却因一些糟糕的员工而令人失望。
他们收取特大号床的费用,但实际的床是大号的。当我向他们反映情况时,他们没有采取任何措施来改善情况,而且沟通不畅,态度非常冷淡。床单上甚至写着是全尺寸/大号床,这证实了一切,但他们仍然与我争论。所以请记住,当您预订特大号床时,您会得到一张大号床。电视上的镀铬面板坏了。需要升级。非常不方便。我们唯一喜欢的是二楼的露台区。此外,代客泊车员把我的车停在前面的街道上超过一个小时。我下楼时,我的车仍然停在那里,我不得不去找他们停车。当我在深夜打电话叫车时,他们花了 2 个小时才把车开到前面。再也不来了。
