The room was good, but the TV was not working, AC was making lot of noise, the food I wanted from the menu was unavailable.... overall a poor stay....

First of all the hotel is not in vapi it is 10-15 kms away from vapi. Staff is average quality. Location is on national highway but hard to reach. Rooms are nice. Breakfast was okay okay.

I’ve been visiting Regenta regularly and every stay has been amazing! Their service and hospitality are truly the best. This time, for our anniversary, they upgraded us to a suite and made our stay extra special. Huge thanks to Shailesh and Nidhi for this extra special stay

Location is near highway, Small rooms, for wifi issue have to follow up multiple time and finally room changed.
Staff is supporting but need to followup multiple times.

Very neat and clean room, breakfast is also good, overall good hotel to stay, location is few KM away from Valsad, staff is very cooperative
