We’ve stayed here many times and will continue to go with this hotel every time we visit Leavenworth with our children. We always go in the winter and the indoor pool is aces. Nothing fancy but has Everything you need

Parking was tough, room was fine, noisy but somehow we were the ones that were complained about. All in all, a clean and fine place to stay.

room on second floor was very close to elevator and you could hear everything. Family of four stayed and in the morning when its time to shower, the shower wouldn't drain... The bathroom and sink area are really old, feels gross. My husband was so upset, we packed our things and checked out a day early. The desk offered to change our room, but not a chance we would stay another night. No refund either for the second night, we had to eat the cost of a bum hotel.

整个德国小镇面积不大，这个酒店离小镇中心走路不到10分钟，酒店设施完备，干净整洁，早餐还可以，香肠，鸡蛋，面包，牛奶，咖啡，只是没有蔬菜。
这家酒店就在主路边上，如果您住在一楼，停车位就在您房间前面。前台接待员很友善，详细指导我们办理了入住手续。
他们不让我们取消预订，我们打电话过去，他们也没有提供任何帮助，就直接扣了我的钱，不给退款……真是糟糕透顶的体验。
