The staff was incredibly rude. The man running the front desk was unfriendly and extremely unprofessional. I’ve had problems with the same thing at this location in the past, but decided to give it another try. I am so sorry that I did! This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at in Georgia.

The staff at this establishment is possibly some of the rudest I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with during a hotel stay. I assume the man I spoke to at the desk is the proprietor as it would be impossible for him to have that type of attitude working for someone else. He insisted on a cash deposit, then tried take part of it because he said the sheets weren’t clean. There are several other decent hotels in the area and I can assure you I will be there the next time instead. Avoid this place!!

The floors were extremly dirty. We had to walk around the room in flip flops. White socks would be a filthy after a few minutes. The breakfast was not good. The hotel halls have a strong "perfume" coated smell. The beds were also extremly uncomfortable.

Will be returning!

Only there for one night, but it was my second return to the same place. Mitesh, the manager has made some great improvements, was very kind and accommodating, and we will definitely be returning when I’m in town again next year for the same event!
