The worst hotel I have ever been too. We left right after checking in. Went back the next morning to take photos and try to get a refund. This is the type of place horror films are shot. There was a complete a/c unit in the walk way to our room.

Ceiling leaking, fell on the floor, bugs, rings in sink, tub and toilet. They are about to begin renovating but management seemed unconcerned about the condition of the room. The staff at the desk were very nice but I can't say the same about upper management.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a hotel and I travel A LOT. The lady at the front desk was unbelievably rude, the room was very sub par and there were seedy individuals drinking and hanging out near our door until the early morning. There is not much to choose from in Laurel with regard to hotels, and this was the only option that was available due to a large wedding taking place in town. I strongly suggest trying a B&B or staying in Hattiesburg...skip this place completely!

Complaining is not in our nature that will probably change after this experience. Should have figured it out from the check in process, computer went down, no printer paper, took 20 minutes. Room was filthy and in disrepair stains on the chair dog hair on the bedding…we had no dog, felt it pointless to complain as it was late at night. Next morning at check out told them how bad it was but they didn’t even care, just said to leave them a review. I bet Ben and Erin don’t know their pictures are on the check in counter inviting you to enjoy your stay!

There was a folded towel that was used in the bathroom. It looked like dried something, I don't want to say, but it was nasty. We had worked a hard day and definitely didn't want to call the front desk to complain and wait to get clean towels. I just threw the nasty towel on the floor. I would never recommend this place to anyone and would never stay there again. No telling if the sheets or anything else was freshly washed or changed.

I was in town, first visit to Laurel Mississippi. I was greeted with a smile, warm welcome. Computer was down so I was given a room due to cc on file. Room was really bad. Room 1007 should never be given to another guest! First room had a gap under door at least 1/2”, I put a towel down so the wind or critters would not come in. Carpet is horrible. There was spilled soda on the a/c unit. I bring disinfectant wipes every where so I wiped down the room. The bathroom must have had a leak and was repaired new tile made me wonder why they didn’t just remodel bathroom. l Made it through the night and went to front desk requested to move. In the mornin, Priscilla gave me Room 2063, nice, clean, somewhat updated and no open gap under the door. Huge difference!
