Removed carpeting and installed plank flooring which allows for squeaking and sound transmission. It looks nice but noise transmission is ridiculous!
Otherwise ok place.

The main room was good. Clean and acceptably appointed. No issues there. The bathroom was another matter. Shower valve was not working properly, and needed replacing. Floor of tub made loud noises with any steps or shifting of weight. The room next door evidently had the same issue as we could hear that through the walls.

Comfortable
The price was fair. The room was comfortable. One bed had really wrinkled bedding while the other was neat. But I was too tired and found the bed comfortable. The room looked recently updated and clean. Enough towels for two. But the bathroom was so old and needs attention. Especially the floor.
The cost for a night was $100. less than next door.
We passed on the breakfast ... very slim food available.
We didn’t have any issue of safety and worked to get a quick night of sleep.

The breakfast was a frozen burrito, or yougurt, I eat neither had to ask for juice she said oh I forgot and brough some in a bowl with Ice cubes of OJ in cup
