The young man at check in was the best. He was very nice and helpful. After check in while first being in my room the TV would not change channels. I walked down to the front desk and asked him about it and he immediately offered to come to my room to fix the problem. He unplugged and replugged a cable from the cable system of the tv and fixed it like nothing. I do recommend your have staff fix the cable problem. But over all this young man was exceptional in his services. Also there was an 18 wheeler with a refrigerated trailer that the refrigerator went off and on all night and I could hear this all night from my room 203. If the big trucks can park in a different area it would be nicer instead of hearing that all night long.

Was old but being refurbished. On the outskirts of town so dining options seemed limited. Seemed like they were short handed but the employees tried to and succeeded in helping us. People were nice.
