I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn others. I booked a room at the Quality Inn expecting at least basic cleanliness and comfort — what I got was a complete disaster.

From the moment I walked in, the property looked run-down and poorly maintained. The front desk staff seemed disinterested and rushed through check-in without any real greeting or assistance. When I got to my room, things went from bad to worse: the room smelled musty and stale, the bedding looked unwashed, and there were visible stains on the carpet and furniture. The bathroom was in unacceptable condition — dirty toilet, hair in the sink, and questionable grime in the shower.

I didn’t feel safe, comfortable, or even clean in that room. After trying (and failing) to speak with staff about my concerns, I made the decision to leave immediately and booked a room at an IHG hotel in Richburg just down the road. The difference was night and day — clean, modern, welcoming, and everything the Quality Inn should have been.

Save yourself the headache and skip this place. Not worth the money, the frustration, or the stress.

Although the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the overall condition of the hotel was extremely disappointing. Our first room had visible roaches, dirty linens, a refrigerator with spoiled food still inside, and a stained chair — it was clear the room had not been properly cleaned or inspected.

We were moved to another room, but it had a strong mildew smell, which made it hard to relax. While the customer service was appreciated, the housekeeping team really needs to pay closer attention to detail.

Maybe undergoing reno??? No lid on toilet, no towel bars in bathroom, no hand bars for assistance in shower, no comfortable seating options. Pool has been filled in due to "safety hazards". Bed was comfortable and linens were clean.

Our stay was very nice. We needed an accessible room and the bathroom was very large and good to get around in. We wished that the breakfast was available until 10:00.

The bathroom was not clean there were dead bugs on the floor. We ask for a bottom floor because we were traveling with a disabled person. The lady running the front desk did not no know what she was doing she asked my name like 10 times everytime she had to enter something in the computer. It took us forever to get checked in, there was a line behind us due to here being so slow and having to call people to know what to do when she was doing a simple check in. Checking out was great because it was a different people and she was super sweet!
