These rooms are also priced lower.

Rooms need updating. Mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Indoor pool and hot tub were very nice. The workout room was outstanding. Main lobby was nice and breakfast was decent.

Lobby was decorated beautifully for the holidays. Staff was friendly. When we entered the room it smelled clean. Bathroom was cleaner than average which was very nice. Sheets were nice and clean. The carpet did have a couple dead ladybugs and a dead fly plus some crumbs. A few crumbs were in the lounge chair. Vacuuming could have been a little better. Overall happy with the room. Game room was a nice bonus. Pool and hot tub were nice options, although pool room was a little dated. Overall a nice experience I would recommend to others and I would stay here again. Conveniently located near Santa's Village. We stayed in the main building, I have read other reviews that stated to make sure you ask to stay in the main building. There are also detached rooms across the street. I believe you can also request a mountainview room. Coffee was good! We left before breakfast so I can't comment on that.

We stayed one night. The room was great for what we needed it for. The shower water didn’t get hot but wasn’t freezing at least. My only complaint would be that it didn’t appear that the lower level back door locked after a certain time. Everything else was great

Got to the Check-In, and found out we had to stay across the hwy in another bldg, not main lodge bldg. I expected better for $250/nite. Was told we could stay in main bldg as booked for $50 increase.
Room across road was “old school”, with 1980s style room key and AC/Heating unit. Won’t be recommending.

Very nice hotel and we were able to park near our room. There’s also a pool in hot tub and a fitness center and a game room in the hotel so it is laid out very nicely.

This hotel needs to come off list of properties.
I got two bedroom suite and a queen room.
Rooms are:
Old, bathroom had mold around ceiling, heat vents rusty and falling off. Black on ceiling from ac and heat vent. Return vent was filthy. Food on closet floor. Towels were grey. Cracked tile in bathroom. Pull out couch was all frayed. I would take this off your list of properties. I am totally disappointed in my stay.

Lancaster is a beautiful area to see the fall foliage and staying in this hotel made the trip perfect. Hotel very nice and loved the pool, hot tub and workout area.
