The pictures showing the property are no where near what you find after checking in. The rooms where updated at some point however it was done as cheaply as possible.the staff was surely and did not respond well when asked for items that the rooms should have; like soap or towels. Breakfast was a joke, only providing bad coffee, bad juice and single serve pasteries. Even though the breakfast area was huge with empty fixtures and appliances for no reason. Better options can be found in Tacoma for the same-ish price. Only stay here if you are desperate. Getting in and out of the property was easy and near the freeway, however the parking was super tight. It is Lakewood, so safety is as safe as you feel with the surroundings being a bit sketchy.

Spose to be a ada room toilet was so low no chair to sit in in room needs a lot of deep cleaning I didn’t even stay but maybe 2 hours it was dirty old and bed was awful I went and got me a room somewhere else

They stick to unmanned front desk until check-in at 3. Tv remote didn’t work, took hours to resolve. Mfl Sunday and no tv, explained my team was coming up, waited 3 hours before calling back. The second remote was barely channel operational, no volume just video. 1 star for lady at front. That’s it,

酒店回复: We are very sorry for the inconvience of the remotes and no one at the front desk when you arrived. When arriving before 3pm, front desk is still really busy making sure rooms are ready and other various duties to get ready for guests to check in, there is always someone working the front desk, but they may have had to step away to attend to another guest. We appreciate you bringing the condition of the remote to our attention, if we don't know it doesn't work, we can't replace it, unfortunately, they are one of the most used items in the room, and sometimes a remote that isn't working as well as it should gets mixed up with the good ones. We are sorry that we did not provide a better experience, and appreciate the feedback so we can doing better.

太可怕了。道路施工挡住了去路。我预订的是无烟房，但房间里却弥漫着浓烈的X麻味。我们要求换房，结果第二间房里烟味熏天，简直令人作呕。这已经不是我第一次住Days Inn了，但这家酒店我以后绝不会再来。
连续住了一周，总体很满意，还算干净，房间也不算小。
位置很好，房间也很干净，停车方便。附近有很多餐馆和商店。
早餐不好，房间隔音效果太差
