Staff is very friendly, clean rooms disappointed in the breakfast. Just had toast and cereal. Some coffee. I need more variety.

The hotel is very clean, it needs some updating to do, for example: at least a smart tv on the rooms and the carpet needs cleaning, there was a lot of fluid/ or food stains

Seemed to be secure. The pricing you pay is just outside of the range that traveling per diem construction crews will pay, so no loud riff-raff, nor noises...so that was a plus. Breakfast is cereal & toast...boooooo, BUT that is what 90 backs a day gets you nowadays. There is a Cracker Barrel & McDonald's close by, though...just walk over. First time hotel staying where they did not come in and make the bed and pick up the dirty towels? Door by the pool does not close all the way....that could lead to an issue, but the area seems reasonably safe.

Presence of mold- we went to the room that was assigned to us. We were hit immediately with a strong odor of wet carpet. I don’t know if they had a flood recently. So we asked for another room and the front desk got us another one that had less of an odor. The room and hallways had dehumidifiers running. Our room also had a scent machine there to probably mask the odor. I hate to do this but it appears that the owners/managers are aware of the situation and have used dehumidifiers and scent machines to hide the issue. Hope they fix the issue.

It said breakfast buffet, there was cereal, which is aleays a key factor in why we stay somewhere.
I listed 4 guest, only had 2 towels. Asked for 3 more the next day, only had 2 available. Dead bug on room floor. Key didnt work the 2nd day. Hair dryer crumbled to pieces when attempted to use.

Bed was comfortable and clean. The rest of the room and property were a bit tired and needed to be replaced or updated. I would say that it is rated a bit too high and also was a bit overpriced. Despite that we did sleep well.
