The refund policy said if i canceled the booking 24hr after the booking was made it would be free cancelation no fee will be charged. Io canceled my reservation no more then 5 minutes from making them and was only refunded $ 4.00 the amount of the room was$ 230.00 give or take a little. The room was for my son's 11th birthday party The customer service representative was a great big *******. He said he would have someone who is in charge of things like this call me. The time limit ran out waiting for the call back. We never got a reply or a refund. $ 230 waisted my son was bummed out. Thanks to comfort inn they saved the day

multiple scraped on the walls of the room, frayed carpet, weird stain in bathtub and on bathmat? Continental breakfast was greasy sausage and powered eggs. You get what you pay for but I would expect more from a hotel in the capital of a state.

The hotel was old. Paint chipping off the walls. My kids were not happy at all. The pool didn't seem clean.

The staff was very accommodating. I missed breakfast because I slept in, but I could still receive cereal and coffee even after breakfast hours. The room was very clean, even the filters on the air conditioner was brand new. My overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. My stay was much better at other hotels I've stayed at. I will definitely return. Thank you.

I had a zyn dried on the ceiling above my bed, the toilet didn’t flush well, mold in the fridge, and my bath tub was hotter than the hot tub, the hot tub was also very DIRTY!

The hotel itself is showing some wear, but it was on par with a budget hotel. It was pretty quiet. The pool was a nice temperature for swimming with kids. The breakfast was adequate-- nothing outstanding, but it was hearty and regularly stocked.

干净整洁，员工也很友好。泳池是开放的，但是有点脏，泳池周围的地面也有点滑。我儿子只是在泳池边走就滑倒了五次。我们一共八个孩子，每个人都觉得走路很困难，容易打滑。我自己也滑倒了几次，这真的很危险。

我的旅行本来会很完美，可惜我不小心提前一天预订了。我问前台该怎么办，她说这种情况很常见，应该可以退款。于是我取消了预订，联系了trips.com，他们说会尽快回复我。第二天早上我打电话给前台询问取消事宜，他们说已经取消了，会退款给我。结果我回家后收到trips.com的短信，说他们拒绝退款。我又联系了trips.com，他们说不是因为第三方介入，所以拒绝退款。我让他们再试一次，把事情经过都跟他们说了，他们还是拒绝了。我觉得你们根本不在乎顾客，以后再也不会用你们的服务了。就像trips.com说的那样，人都会犯错，你们应该更通情达理一些。我取消预订后立刻就联系了你们，结果你们过了一天半才告诉我，那时我已经到家了。所以要小心，除非你是完美的人（但我认识的人里没有完美的），否则如果你通过他们预订服务，你可能无法在需要的时候得到所需的帮助。
