酒店回复: Hello Donna,We apologize that you felt disappointed about your stay, however, we did not give your room away. There were suites available upstairs, however you wished to not take the stairs. At your request, we put you in a ground floor room near and entrance, and waived the fee for a late checkout.To avoid problems with the stairs before guests check in, we send out a curtesy text. We did not get a response from you, so therefore we did not save the ground floor for you.
酒店回复: Apologies for the possible misunderstanding. The room and charges were for the 107$. We always collect a 100$ deposit on the rooms. You were charged an additional 30$ early check-in fee that we took out of the deposit authorization which means you would only get 70$ of that back. Please always make sure to check with staff if you need accommodations outside of posted hours.
