This place is disgusting, like trap house crack house disgusting. Let’s start by they advertise that breakfast is included but they haven’t done breakfast in years, according to the front desk. Probably because the city would get involved in food health checks. Now the hotel itself is not just run down, it is tear down ready. Half the rooms are boarded up, bugs all over the place, my room literally reeked of mold, the bathroom wall was caving in because of a plumbing leak, I dare not remove my shoes walking on the crusty carpeting, I left within an hour. This place needs to be gutted or demolished. This place has single-handedly changed my opinion of Wyndham and I am thinking they are now competing with Oyo to the bottom and by by the condition of this place, Wyndham is leading the way. I have contacted my credit card company and the Board of Health on this place.

Went to check in and was told there was no breakfast, even though that was part of the package. Manager then told me he changed my room from a double to a king, even though that's what I paid for already. My choice. Was told the pool was under maintenance. The pool had green slime all over the sides, try taking care of it. Got to my room, phone cord wasn't attached to the handset. Top safety latch was broken. Went downstairs to request a new room. Was told by manager to just use the bolt, which was also loose and flimsy. Was told the phone was just used to call the front desk anyway, not to make local calls. Seriously? Was shown two other room where the manager picked up the phone and said "see it works" told him if the other was connected I'm sure it'd work too. Was told by manager and front desk employee that "sometimes other guests break things." To which I replied, "and sometimes management has to fix things" Slimy water on the sidewalks. So bad a little girl slipped in it, ended up being sewage. Rooms bottom two drawers: one wouldn't open. Glued shut. The other wasn't even connected, just placed in front. Wasn't even a drawer in there, just space. Light bulbs were all different, bright white and dull yellow. Air conditioner had a dirty smell too it. Severe headache when in room, outside cleared up.

One thing I signed up was for breakfast. It was in add, but was not at hotel when I got there. I was told food was on backorder. First room I was in smelled. Second room had cracked hair dryer plug. Walls stained. Door latch broke. This hotel is not being maintained. Towels were small also. Room service was supposed to do the room. They bypassed room. I did not have the sign on the door. Bed was comfortable. Outside light held together by duck tape. Easy to see. Lamp is crooked. Pool water looks nasty.

Dead bugs on the floor. Water knobs on shower marked incorrectly. Hot was cold, cold was hot. The water did get hot. Too hot. I turned red before I could figure out the knobs and get more cold water. Frustrating. Bed was really comfy. Pillows were good. AC worked. Cable TV. I've stayed in worse.

Property run down, room not properly serviced before arrival (no tissues or drinking cups). Room phone non-working. No breakfast except coffee (room was advertised / booked as including breakfast). Staff was friendly, but not especially helpful.

Too many issues to list, front desk personnel, door lock on hotel room broke, AC loud as hell, just not a good place in my opinion. Outside of hotel was in bad shape. I would not stay at this location ever again.

****** was the main issue beside the filty rooms and theft from other people stayong and the STAFF and there was no resolution the manager Chad witnessed it all and said all complaints will go to him so it doesn't matter if I go to corporate!!!

As Wyndham member this hotel was one of the worst places I ever stayed before. The first experience was with the front desk. I called to confirm that I was arriving after midnight and the lady assured that will inform the night auditor. When I arrived at 12:30am, I had to show the night auditor how to find my reservation because he was not even trained properly in how to use the system after 6 months working. Then we found that the reservation was marked as NO SHOW because he closed the night. He called his front office manager to get assistance in giving me and my family a room as we had a reservation, and hi was very unprofessional during the phone conversation and treating this poor guy like he was crap. He just told him that I had to make a new reservation and trying to assist me was not a reason to bother him. 1:30am with 3 kids crying after 4 hours trip from Austin, I ended making a new reservation. I almost had to check myself in because this guy had no idea how to check-in a member who paid with points and I had to train him step by step. When I asked about his MyPortal training, he had no idea what I was talking about. Then, when we finally got into the room, it smells like was never cleaned, the room and building looks like has no maintenance since 1960. The restroom was stained with blood, the bed like if someone else was sleeping there few minutes before us… just a disaster. We ended sleeping in the car with the kids.
