Couldn’t find reservation
I booked this hotel weeks in advance. I arrived at the hotel around 8pm because I was traveling for a cruise and wanted to go down a couple of days before boarding the cruise to do some things in Galveston. Upon arriving the front desk lady advised me that they didn’t have a reservation for me. She stated that they just opened up a new location that they just renovated so my reservation is probably at the new location even though the address showed the one I was at. She advised me to drive a couple miles down the road to the new location. I got to the new location and they didn’t have my reservation either and said that it’s at the other one because the address shows the other one. The man at the front desk called the other location and advised her it was there because of the address. She said no. I called ********** on the phone while driving back to the original hotel location. I got ********** customer service rep on the phone and she asked to speak to the front desk. They advised that I do have a reservation and we provided the reservation number. The front desk worker still stated it wasn’t there. ********** put in for a refund and I had to pay again in person to get a room. It wasn’t a great experience due to me driving 9 hours and driving back and forth from location to location and I just wanted to lay down because I had been driving for so long. Will not ever book this hotel again. Not to mention the construction road work that was being done around the hotel. Ugh

Money saving Comfy pleasant stay
Good hotel with very low nighly stay prices under $100 with no extra fees & free parking . There was free breakfast cereal muffins milk juice yogurt. The location is good right off the highway only about 20-30 mins away from what ever beach your wanting to visit we did Galveston & Kemah. Located next to gas station and shopping center. Rooms were very clean and everything smelled very fresh. It’s not fancy but it’s a comfy stay. Thank you

Well the property was ok could have been worse... it was out dated needs a lot of small repairs.. didn't get an option of smoking or non smoking room so we were stuck with a smoking room that smelled awful and bed spread had burn marks all over.. there wasnt enough parking for us to park in front or near our room we end up parking on the other side of property..
The woman and gentleman that were greeting us were friendly.

Stayed 1 night before boarding cruise. Road construction made getting to the hotel slightly difficult. The door to our room required checking as it didn't close correctly sometimes.

The lobby smelled a really bad order of a place that was not cleaned and dated. The room was falling apart and smelled of mold. We finally found the mold. It was on the ceiling and around fixtures. I have pictures but I don’t know how to post it. I would not recommend this place. There are plenty of places to stay. Choose something else. I regret thinking that since we’re coming in late it’s just for a few hours but it was not worth it. Woke my kiddos up early and checked out early.
