Front desk lady was friendly and assisted with help. Clean room no complaints and stay was comfort. The air conditioner was very old but could sustain by providing room heat. commute is easy travel to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg.

The beds were comfy but the room had a strong smell to it. We couldn’t figure out if it was coming from what they washed the sheets in or what they cleaned the room with.

Breakfast was fantastic!!! Eggs,biscuits, sausage, bagels, waffles, toast, muffins etc you name it they had it.

The staff was wonderful. The biggest complaint I have is that the rooms no longer have refrigerators with freezer space for diabetics to freeze their ice packs for storing their insulin in coolers for traveling.

The hotel room was very clean. The whole hotel itself was spotless. I was very impressed with how clean this place was.
We were also surprised when we had housekeeping service every day and they replaced our towels the first day.

Great Location. Half way between Neyland Stadium and Dollywood, perfect for what we needed on our trip. Hotel was nice, rooms were spacious and clean. Most importantly, the staff was SO NICE and very helpful!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Water pressure a little low, bathtub not draining well. Fresh, hot coffee in lobby 24/7. Breakfast was very good. Enjoyed the stay!

The hotel's cleaning was not good at all. Bath tubs were scratched up , toilet seat was scratched up. The floor seemed like ut had not been moped since a long time as one sec bare foot would make the feet hell dirty. There was a wierd moldy smell in the room. It is a not a 4 star property at all. They are luring people in by saying they are 4 star. The cleaning and room condition are not like a 4 dtar property what so ever!
