The room was upstairs i was told they didn't have king beds on the ground floor, the manager said the next morning they do just none available. The door the latch was defective i couldn't get it open the clerk came up took about 5 minutes to finally get it open then told me I just need to man handle it. No offer of another room then i had a non-smoking room yet it wreaked of cigarettes i told the clerk because i have asthma and a heart condition all she offered was to make a note of it. We checked out a day early they gave no refund just said wait till evening and maybe get a different room. My partner has a fractured vertebrae i explained this and still no offer of a ground floor room. I am very disappointed. I should've have gotten at least an apology and one night refunded.

This motel is recently renovated. It looks and feels like a new motel. The beds have pillow top mattresses and they are very comfortable. We found this motel to be a very good choice for our trip.

Breakfast was very limited. Building was right next to a very busy highway and road noise was quit loud at times.

We have stayed before and it wasn’t this bad. Room was dirty had terrible smell, hair in shower and bugs and spider webs on floor and in corner. Ac unit smelled like it was on fire.

The staff was partying and drinking upstairs with people. It was very loud through the night. She was drinking beer with them.

Check in staff was great. Room was awful. The AC was off so the room was warm and musty. That smell didn’t go away even with the AC running. The floor hadn’t been cleaned. There were bugs in the room. Beds were comfortable. “Marshmallow” pillows are always terrible. Breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast.

Room had bugs and dead bugs. Tub would not drain full of hairs and couldnt use light fluckered like a strobe light. Moved to another room left. Would not refund my money. Would never recommend this place
