Room was very clean, staff was very friendly, breakfast was light but very good, room temp was perfect!

Such a neat hotel in a great location. We really appreciated the view overlooking the town. Service was top notch and our room was very comfortable. I will definitely stay at this hotel and other Spark hotels.

The location is great, easy on & off. Very disappointing that there was no fresh water to fill a water bottle on the way out the door or, a grab a go breakfast. Not everyone has the luxury of staying asleep until 6 a.m. or later.

Room was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. However, we were told breakfast started at 6:00 a.m. we came in at 7:00 a.m. and there was no food available and no staff in the dining area. It appeared no one had set it up yet.

Breakfast could add some fruit, maybe a waffle maker. Overall, very clean, staff very friendly. A bit noisy from traffic outside our window but enjoyed our stay.

A lot of litte "great things!".... soft towels, quiet heater, refrigerator. Hot shower more quiet than most. No hearing "flushes" at night. No noise from other rooms aside from other guests slamming doors and noisy walking through halls like elephant herd!

We woke up on the first morning to find someone attempting to open the door to our room. The safety lock was the only reason they did not gain access. I immediately went to the front desk and reported the incident and asked to review the electronic key log and the CCTV footage. The man there told me that managers had access to the security footage, and no manager would be on duty until Monday (this was Saturday). He told me that he would look into the key log and get back to me. That evening, no one had contacted me. I called the hotel, and the desk clerk told me that she would find a manager. A short time later, a man came on the line and told me the manager who had access to the CCTV footage could not be contacted but the person who accessed my room appeared to be a new housekeeper who "barely spoke English". Later that night, when we returned to the Spark by Hilton, I wanted to get names of the people I had talked to. I went to the desk and spoke with the clerk, who told me the names of the employees. We stayed that night but got no sleep. We were scheduled to stay another night but decided to leave and go to another hotel due to security concerns.
I was able to talk to the GM who admitted the staff was lying to me. She told me I could not see the CCTV, because the system was broken. I insisted on seeing the key log, but she stopped returning my emails. GM did approve a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
