The pool was closed. The one ice machine was broken. No microwave or refrigerator in the room until requested. Electric sockets loose from the wall.

Clean, comfortable beds. Continental breakfast was missing several things compared to website pics. Would've been nice to know that the pool was closed before booking.

Pillow case on the one pillow was dirty, the toilet had poop on the seat, and the shower head fell off in my hands when I showered. When we left in the morning two gentlemen were at the front desk and didn't even acknowledge us. No thanks for staying, how as your stay, have a nice day, nothing! Sad service.

This is definitely an older property and could benefit from some upgrades. Staff was great, no issues. Room was humid and smelled like mildew. The sink appeared to have not been wiped down/cleaned prior to arrival. The bed was comfortable.

The evening staff was very polite. No issues there. Unfortunately upon entering room instant old cigarette smell. The cable stopped working during the evening. It did eventually come back on. Lastly the shower head fell off during my shower in the morning. I am not one to usually complain, unfortunately there was just one to many issues.

It was ok…. Hotel just needs updated. Curtains were ripped and carpet is way old and wrinkled in spots.

The staff was very nice, but the room we were checked into wasn't made up. They reassigned us immediately.
