Excellent budget hotel! Very clean, comfortable, updated rooms with frig, Keurig, microwave, etc. Quiet and easy access off the highway.

Room was okay. The room with the shower and toilet was ridiculously small. I gould stand in the midle and touch both walls without fulling extending my arms. Trying to close the door was really hard almost had to stand in the tub to be able to. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The juice was in a dispenser that mixed water with it when it poured.

The breakfast was okay but not very much to choose from. The eating area was very small and not comfortable. I don't mean to be negative but this is how we felt about it.
Check in went okay but I had a hard time understanding the person.
The toilet seat was loose and I fixed it myself.

Very well lit parking. Quiet area around motel. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and very nice. Bed was super comfortable.

A couple were fighting, (pushing, hitting, screaming) outside our door. Thought the door was going to be broken down at one point. I tried calling the front desk but the phone in our room didn’t work. My husband went to talk to the front desk person and she said she didn’t know what to do. He told her to call the police. He did check on her again later and she said she had called someone.
The room was damp and there must have been mold because I woke up sick the next morning. There was a dehumidifier in the room which we did not use.
The breakfast was very disappointing. We don’t expect much from a hotel breakfast, but they didn’t have much to choose from, were out of some hot items and the sausage was not heated all the way through.
After reading the reviews, we were very disappointed in our stay. We will not be back.

We enjoyed our stay at SureStay Plus in Kearney, Mo. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed including a good nights sleep. Would recommend this hotel.
