Room door could use additional security bar. No heat available when temperature dropped in to the 40s. Check in person not very friendly or welcoming. Wouldn't recommend and won't stay there again

Check-in service was passable, but sub-par. The room was generally clean, air conditioner window unit was fairly loud, and bed frame/platform of sheet metal made loud sounds on sitting on it and when shifting in sleep...waking me up. Wall and shower finishes are aging and rough. The room was good if you're expecting a youth-hostel experience or have lower expectations. I would not recommend this for husbands traveling with wives. For a few dollars more, there are probably better options.

When I checked in, we did not get two rooms together, even though we signed up months ago. Also, a man who works there walked though the lobby into the near bathroom, and proceeded to pee without closing the door.
We were promised a continental breakfast every day when we signed up. There was not continental breakfast. My room was missing soap in the dispensers, and the other room had ants that bit someone on the leg at night. They didn’t clean the rooms between nights, or even offer to. They just changed dirty towels.
It was clean when we got there, though.
I would not go back or recommend this hotel.

When we went to the room it was filthy, there were little black droppings on the bed, not sure what it was. The room was not clean, we went right to the desk to tell them we were not staying there. They charged my credit card anyway, I called for the manger 3 times and they will not return my call. I am disputing the charges today.DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

It I could give this property a zero, I would. Photos are misleading, no free breakfast as listed. Door did not lock properly all the time. Window locks did not work. Air conditioner was terrible and the heat stayed on while the air conditioner was running. Left after 2 days and asked for refund from Orbitz. Property owner lied and said we had been there 4 nights, when the dates had not yet even passed and we had spoken to them in person when we left. WiFi was super slow and was turned off at night. This property should not come up on searches as they are committing fraud and poor business practices. Sheets were stained, towels were gray and stiff. Bathroom was tiny and only had half a shower curtain. It what I would expect based on photos. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

This property canceled my reservation without even contacting me at all. I had a confirmation email of the reservation a week prior to the stay and they didn’t care about that at all. The desk clerk manager was very uncooperative and told me it was not their fault that the reservation was cancelled by *******. ******* never contacted me about a cancellation either. Terrible customer service!

“Remodeled” to become unsafe and unusable
The manager was a kind woman who asked what she could do to make things right. The property and the level of maintenance, however, were horrific.
Pictures tell the story. Not the two 8” 2x4 pieces on the wall to hold up the cable adapter in “closet” photo. Just rough lumber sticking out of the wall. Nails sticking out at the bathroom threshold. Door had to be slammed to lock.
Nothing welcoming or particularly clean. Soap in the bathroom didn’t work. Replacement just leaked into a cup. I hardly see that as sustainable. Just give me a little bar of soap.
Absolutely unimaginable. Don’t even think about this if you are on the run. Worst hotel mistake I ever made.
