Good location. Room was an airless windowless box. Like all Indian hotels it was worn out and ingrained dirt. The ******* photographs show a decent room with windows and space what I got was room 202 and my pal 402. Both windowless boxes. The catering was awful unless you want some ghastly green brown liquid curry for breakfast.DIY toast was the best on offer for Europeans.

This review is a little biased as we are now running the hotel as of 1st July 2025. Our stay for a week was interesting however we are changing the bedsheets, towels, duvets and so much more. Our point of differnece will be that we are clean and will make it a home a way from home. Come over and enjoy the difference!

Extremely nearby to golden temple but difficult to get cabs and autos to the location. Only e rickshaws available with ease

house keeping was not upto the mark.
bathroom handle was broken up.
nobody attended the complaint.
tv was not working.
didn't get the phone charged due to loose connections.
didn't get the complimentary drinks as committed in advance.
my colleague was very upset.
breakfast was outstanding.
location was great because it was close to golden temple.
nobody was worried about the complaint

I selected this hotel as it was rated 4 star, but just turned out to be about 3 star. The rooms are small but location for visiting Golden temple is good

the location of this hotel is best and you can bare foot from this hotel to Golden Temple. the view from it's terrace is amazing in both morning and night

Very nice hotel to stay with family . Staff is good . Manager Puspander is very helpful. Very close to golden temple.
