Tryp 酒店太棒了！地理位置优越，历史悠久，而且翻新过。位置有趣又安全。员工服务也很棒。强烈推荐。

只有一个小问题——据说酒店实施了一项关于下午早些时候入住的新规定。经过6个小时的车程，我下午1:15才到，并要求办理入住手续。我以旅行为生，所以当我听说“提前”1.5小时拿到房间需要额外支付50美元时，我有点失望。我问了一下房间是否准备好了，得到的答复是可以的。所以，经过6个小时的车程，我的选择是要么在大堂坐一个半小时以上，要么支付50美元。我说，如果我想在早上9点左右入住，我理解。

退房时，Tryp 酒店的体验非常棒。

总的来说，作为匹兹堡的常客，我期待着再次光临，并强烈推荐这家酒店。

Water in shower was cold. Was not upfront regarding street parking vs valet being forced with no knowledge that there was a charge. When asked if we could park ourselves we were told this is valet parking only. Upon check out we disputed the charge and were told everywhere in the area does this but we could have done off street parking at our own risk. When told that option was NOT given to us and we aren’t from this area front desk clerk did not care and were told to pay.

room was grimy and missing a hairdryer, laundry bag, and bathmat. when i texted the number that instructs to text if anything is needed, it was ignored. the room on the first floor on the street side is incredibly loud, the heat wasn’t working and the room was 56 degrees, so we switched rooms to one on the other side of the hallway, which was quieter but not when the kitchen’s food delivery truck happens at 2:30am right outside the window the floor below. Also the parking lot lights on that side come through the terrible shades. service was apathetic at best. bed was comfy. good location for restaurants and coffee, etc. but definitely don’t stay on the first floor.

The bathroom had noticable grime and dust build up, room wasn't swept properly and pieces of food was already on the ground when entering, towels were messily set up, and stains on duvet. The employees did not mention a parking fee until after they charged me at checkout. Unknown charges by hotel on check out day that were not explained. Dusty room with smears on mirrors.

My husband and I stayed at TRYP for 3 nights in late November, 2025. This was our second stay at this hotel in the past year. Overall, we had a good stay and I would likely rebook with this property. The rooms are small, but the hotel is modern and clean with a good location. My only real issue was that during our 3 nights there, we never received housekeeping service even once. I understood that we wouldn't get new towels due to the length of our stay, as stated on a sign in the bathroom. But no one ever came in to collect garbage or make the bed, which seemed odd to me.

The bedspread had hair and public hairs on it and the bed needed to be remade. Upon return on night #1, our key didn't work and was updated 3 times before staff had to come and open the door with a master key -- all at 10:30pm, which wasn't great.
