We loved the Postcard Cuelim. Set in the most magnificent old colonial mansion full of beautiful antiques and character. Service was impeccable. We loved the food - some of the best we’ve enjoyed in Goa and towards the end of the holiday we appreciated the variety of dishes with both Indian and Portuguese influence. The hotel arranged a driver to take us to Panjim so we could visit the Fontainhus area and Old Goa. He was incredibly professional and ensured that he knew where to pick us up, liaising so well with our walking tour organiser. We also loved the sunset sundowners at Utorda beach a few kilometres away. Also enjoyed time by the beautiful pool set in the gardens. Thank you to the team. This was our third Postcard hotel of the holiday (Saligao and Netravali) and we loved them all. They are all so unique but with an overarching dedication to quality service.

We were lucky enough to have the privilege to return to this most beautiful Portugese house. Even better was being greeted by some of the staff who were there in January 2025 when we last visited. The service by the staff is nothing short of superb. They are genuinely kind giving people and take it upon themselves to make you as comfortable as possible . The food is amazing. Breakfast is a feast and the evening meals are a delight. They will basically make you anything you want. There are some fantastic walks around the hotel - all easy - a mile to the beach, which itself stretches as far as the eye can see. You can choose to walk through small villages, paddy fields etc. You will be greeted by the friendliest of locals. Love this place and will definitely be coming back! Thanks to the whole team for making our stay so special.

Such a special stay in an extraordinary oasis of charm in this rural location of Cuelim. It is a beautiful property in an historic house. Only 6 very comfortable bedrooms, each with their own charm, all with a little outside area and ours looked out on to the many acres of paddy fields, beyond their lovely garden and colourful lush plants and palm trees. The Staff were outstanding, discreet while being so attentive, super helpful and located us taxis for our various trips out. Helpful restaurant suggestions etc.. The food was outstanding and a lovely menu to explore, particularly the chocolate ganache with passionfruit sorbet…. Just close enough to the beach by bicycle although they weren’t the easiest ones to ride!

This is a gem of a hotel comprising just 6 rooms each with their own individual character set within a lovely period property and each with period furnishings. The estate is not over large but is set in beautifully natural surroundings rich with wildlife and very peaceful. Service is immaculate with fully flexible check in and out times. Breakfast and other meals are freshly cooked to order at any time served to your private room or in the main dining room as you prefer. Special mentions to Vishal and Hari but especially to Mr Pandu responsible for the overall faultless running of this charming hotel. We hope to stay again on our next visit to Goa.

This is a lovely place to stay in Goa, quiet and peaceful, a world away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist centres, but a short bike ride from South Goan beaches and a 40-minute drive from Old Goa. The house retains its historical features, with two chapels and a billiards room, and has a badminton court and swimming pool as well. The restaurant serves excellent food and the staff is helpful, friendly and attentive. There are a few small things that could be improved, like the quality of the bicycles and the missing pool billiards ball, but they are minor issues.

Great hotel for a family vacation. Very nice rooms, extensive grounds, excellent food and a really gorgeous beach. All the staff are friendly and attentive. We especially enjoyed the restaurant Lobster Shack, near the beach.

Our holiday at the Postcard hotels started with 5 days at the 5 bedroom Portuguese house in Saligao, which was the best experience. We then moved on to a 9 day stay at the Postcard Cuelim where we met one of the managers - Sahaj. He gave us a great tour around this beautifully restored 6 bedroom home. This is a wonderful hotel in beautiful grounds in a spectacular area. We walked every morning for 3 hours and got to know the area pretty well and the little villages that surround the area. The beach is a quiet 20 minute walk and is deserted and stretches for miles, water is like a warm bath - been absolutely years since we enjoyed a beach like this. The key to us having such a great time is the team that run this hotel. They are amazing, couldn’t have done any more for us and really made us feel at home. Would like to mention, as well as Sahaj, are Som - one of the managers, Vishal, Harri and the amazingly talented chef who prepared fabulous meals for us - we ate in every night as the food is so good. Thanks Sahaj for recommending and organising our trip down to the Postcard Hideaway which was not part of our itinerary. We loved our 3 days there and missed it when we left to return to the Postcard Cuelim, but when we got there the greeting was amazing and really felt like we were home! Our last night at Cuelim was a surprise meal for our anniversary celebration - served on the balcony. We were blown away by the effort that was put into this evening by the team - thank you all so much for making it so special. We miss you and will see you next year!!!

The stay at Postcard Cuelim was an incredible experience. Because we were treated like kings and queens since whatever we asked them to do was done. Everything was on point from the food to the service. And we will definitely visit them again.
