We stayed in Flat 108, we paid more than ₹3 lakh for extended duration. A bag that had been placed inside the flat before our arrival went missing. The caretaker had access to the room, and we did not receive satisfactory support or investigation from management. Additionally, basic amenities were not properly maintained. We were disappointed with the security and service standards.

Second booking great apartment good value. Good reviews on all stes. Recommend the area away from beach noise but still close to walk. Market area with all amenities atm only a short ride.

A very good 2 night stay
Very efficient check in by extremely pleasant lady. The apartment was clean and roomy with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Any small issues or queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately the pool was not quite ready for use

My husband and I travel a lot, we have been to many places, including India for the 11th time, nevertheless, Putnam beach and the PATNEM PALOLEM BEACH PARK APARTMENT hotel are our love at first sight, a place where we will come more than once, because here you can relax not only with your body, but also with your soul. It's not for nothing that the hotel guests are mostly people who come to the hotel for the first time. I've been meeting and talking with people who come here for the season for many years. And we also loved this place with all our hearts, we will definitely return. The beach is a 10-minute walk from the hotel, very quiet, for relaxation. You can get to Palolem by tuk-tuk, but we didn't even have the desire. Chaudi village is a 15-minute walk from the hotel, in case you want to visit the market, pharmacy or supermarket, if by tuk-tuk- 5 minutes, the price is 100 rupees. The hotel itself is very clean. The rooms are very large, there is a fully equipped kitchen, there is a TV, a refrigerator, many cabinets, an electronic safe, there are balconies (there were two in our room), fumigators in the rooms, hot water in the shower through a water heater. There is Parking in the courtyard, the territory is fenced, security around the clock. A swimming pool with a kid's area, cleaned every day. In the courtyard there is a slide for children, benches, sun beds. Cleaning on request – when you leave the key, then they clean up. Breakfast is included in the price at 8:30 in the Tubki Resort hotel restaurant. The breakfasts for India are very good, the video is attached, and most importantly, everything is very tasty and everything is fresh! TUBKI RESORT and PATNEM PALOLEM BEACH PARK APARTMENT are located next to each other and belong to the same owner. Tubki has one- and two-bedroom apartments, suites, deluxe rooms and studio apartments, a swimming pool, and its own restaurant. I looked at everything and was satisfied, if there are no places in the first one, then you can safely book a second hotel. Separately, I would like to say about the hostess of the hotel, Sangita Tubki, it is she who creates a friendly homely atmosphere in the hotel that you want to return to! You can contact her with any request, and be sure that they will help you! You can also always feel the attentiveness and warmth of the entire hotel staff towards your guests.
