For safety reasons, we had to temporarily remove the outdoor furniture. We understand that this may have affected your experience and appreciate your understanding in such exceptional weather conditions.As for the consumption of food and drinks, our hotel policy – which applies to all guests – is that outside food and beverages are not permitted on the premises. This is because we have our own bar, Artem, as well as a restaurant, and our service and hygiene standards rely on clear boundaries regarding food and drink brought in from outside. his policy is clearly stated on the registration form that all guests sign upon check-in. It is never our intention to make any guest feel unwelcome, and we have since taken additional steps to ensure all guests are properly informed upon arrival.Concerning the air conditioning system, the temperature is centrally regulated to maintain energy efficiency and comfort throughout the building. However, we are always happy to adjust the room temperature upon request, just as we did during your stay. We encourage guests to communicate with our front desk at any time — we are here 24/7 and always ready to assist with any concern.With regard to the room size and comfort, we understand that preferences vary. For future visits, we would be happy to recommend our Executive Rooms with terraces and a museum view or Superior Suites for guests seeking more space and comfort. 酒店虽然要步行到达,附近走路4-5分钟有公共的停车楼,千万不要停路边,酒店前台说如果没有及时发停车信息,第二天车就会被拖走。

酒店地理位置优越,大堂也很干净,房间每天都有打扫。唯一美中不足的是早餐种类有点少,而且每天都差不多。
酒店地理位置优越,就在市中心。但这也带来了一些缺点——晚上有点吵。另外让我惊讶的是,前台工作人员路过时从不打招呼。
估计以后不会来这个酒店,也不会推荐朋友来住的。
第一,房间很小,这个是设施问题,可以不说,但是房间很热,空调控制在了24度,按理说24度应该没有问题,但是房间很热,如果想往下调节温度,是不成的,因为客人在自己房间无法调节温度。我们找到前台和服务生说了后给我们调到19度,晚上就冻得不成,我们就想调节下温度,一调就到了24度,没一会儿房间就又很热。本来房间就很小,一会儿又很热,这点很奇怪。客人在自己房间还不能控制空调。
第二酒店在入住时候没有说不许带任何食品和饮料。我们第一天入住后,出去吃饭,酒没有喝完就直接回酒店了,当时天气还可以,就坐在酒店外边的小桌子那里喝酒聊天,没有喝完就直接拿着手里的半罐啤酒回房间,没有任何人说。我们也不知道酒店会有不让带饮料回房间的制度。第二天我们喝着啤酒打算在酒店外边小桌子坐着,结果发现没有小桌子了,我们想那就在酒店前台这里坐一下聊会儿天,因为房间太小了。结果前台过来了,说这里不能喝我们自己的啤酒,因为这里就是个酒吧。有酒卖。我们说我们就这一听啤酒,喝完就回房间了,聊会儿天。前台说不可以。我们说那我们回房间喝,前台回复也不可以,因为酒店不许带任何外带饮料和食品。我说我们昨天是坐在外边的,你们有个小桌子,今天没有啊,前台说因为下雨,我们说昨天不是也下雨吗,我们还坐在小桌子看着下雨呢。前台的意思就是不能在这里喝,可以买。也不能拿回去房间。我们说昨天看见一个老外还拿着吃的进去了呢你们也没有管啊。而且昨天我们拿着没有喝完的半听啤酒你们也没有说啊,何况我们到前台办理入住时候也没有告诉我们这个规定啊。我们携程预订的时候里面也没有写这个规则啊。前台的意思就是必须出去。不管你是不是住店客人,或者你把酒扔了,可以在这个酒店的酒吧里买酒。
这种欺负人的态度,强买强卖的态度,坚定的更不可能在你们酒店消费的。如果你们办理入住时候就说好了,告知客人,如果我们违反规定了是我们的错那我们就认,但是你们今天想这样对待客人,明天想那样对待客人,一天一个样儿。对老外就好些,通融。对中国人就开始轰出去。有点太不道德了。以后谁敢住你们这个酒店啊。
以为塞尔维亚和中国关系很友好,以为你们也会欢迎中国客人,结果你们区别对待。而且还这种蛮横态度。太不友好。

房间不大,本来给我安排了拼一起的两张0.8 我说我要一张大床,前台帅气的很,聪明的让两个服务员搬来一张大床垫更换床单,一张大床就出来了,小费准备好,服务员开心,我也开心,包含早餐,酒店就在博物馆隔壁,在贝城古老的富人街,吃饭,逛街,游览确实方便,周围酒店特别多,也有爱彼迎公寓!大家可以多比较!塞国适合白本护照,免签,但物价不便宜,我飞了差不多50国,所以我不太care塞国,不要乱投资,做游客就好,我是英国飞三小时抵达,国内可以参团过来最适合,塞语很难听懂!共和广场附近
非常令人愉快的酒店,现代且便利。服务很好,早餐种类也很丰富。
特别垃圾的酒店。没有停车场说有,开车过去发现要步行,关键是退房还不同意。
后来携程给我退的钱。
