房间装修上档次 环境也不错，早餐非常丰富，酒店服务人员也比较热情，有事情打电话到前台五分钟内就有人登门服务
房间卫生都还不错，酒店服务也行，安静不吵，酒店自助餐也很丰富。不好的地方就是预定时间长要提前离店不给退剩余天数的酒店费用，怎么沟通都不可以退。

酒店一如既往地好，虽然早餐送到了房间，但味道好而且份量足。不过，前台接待是我遇到过最差的服务，特别是在2025年3月17日我再次办理入住时，我想登记，她竟然把我的身份证还给我，让我下午两点再来。要知道，无论在世界上任何一家酒店，都会先办理登记，然后再等待房间的安排。通常情况下，如果酒店没有满房，两点入住前就可以拿到房间了。这是我国内外住宿经历中遇到过的最糟糕的前台服务，简直让人感到羞耻！
这是一家干净的酒店，设施一流，包括现代化的健身房、干湿桑拿、冷热泳池和宽敞的餐厅。酒店还提供免费地下停车位，非常方便。安保人员、前台和水疗/桑拿接待员都非常友好、有礼貌且乐于助人。它还提供该地区四星级酒店中最优惠的价格。有待改进的地方：早餐质量。
