The room was spotless the staff was great. My only suggestion is that there is some kind of instruction explaining where the heat control is. The control in room 318 is hidden behing a lamp and a tv and until i found it i thoght i was going to freeze. And why cant Rocket transportation pick up customers there. Id hate to go back to the red roof inn.

2nd floor ice machine didn’t work. Keycard required for ice machine room really? One elevator broken. Internet very spotty. Charging to park in the parking lot, really?

Room nice. Only issue we had was we checked out of 3 rooms under Pittman on 22 Nov. I received a delayed email for my son's room (Michael Pittman) on Nov 25th. The email stated welcome back and if there is anything we can do for your stay let us know, It implied he stayed there on the night of the 24th. I called the hotel, and she said Michael stayed last night (24th) and checked out that morning. I assumed my card was hacked as Michael was with us in Florida. I called and spoke to maybe the manager (not sure). They did some research and said the text was for the night of the 21st not for the 24th. When text came thought we did not see that text was sent on the morning of the 22nd but not received until the 25th plus the front desk confirmed he stayed there again on the 24th. I see no charges on my card for the 24th so I am forgetting this as the email was just delayed. Not sure if you have control over when emails go out but would advise not sending if it is more than 24hrs after guest checks out.
Other than that, it was a nice stay and appreciate being able to leave car at hotel until our return.

The hotel was actually very quiet being so close to the airport. However, there was a strong overpowering “fabreeze” type smell in our room that was terrible and caused my husband to have an intense reaction of sneezing and sinus issues all night.

总体还行,水龙头没开习惯,不过后来会开了
酒店走廊里有味道。房间装修比较陈旧。床垫不舒服,跟这一品牌其它地方的酒店不一样。
前台服务非常差,女前台一副对人爱理不理的样子,好像全世界都欠她似的!第一天入住钥匙打不开房门,房号与姓名不符连不上WIFI,给重新做了钥匙;订房时预付费了,接到银行短信发现预授权二百多美金,第二天早上去前台问,值班的换成了一个小伙子,一查,发现我们住的房间登记的是别人的名字!第二天去机场还车,回来需要坐shuttle bus,又是那个女的,问她多久一班、在哪个位置等,也是一脸不耐烦,随便说了一下就扭头走了,在机场等了近一个小时!再也不会订这个酒店了!
公交车站就在附近,乘坐 Uber 很快就能到达。还有接送服务,非常满意。
