Mr. Nikhil Chaudhary (Front Office Manager) stands out for his professionalism and ability to manage guest requests with skill, patience, and efficiency. His team — Risita and Yash — ensured a smooth and seamless check-in/check-out experience. In the restaurant, Surjit and Rohit provided attentive and courteous service, while Anshul Tyagi maintained the room impeccably with prompt housekeeping support. A well-led and highly committed team makes this property a strong choice for both business and leisure stays.

Good rooms and friendly staff. Rooms are small but functional and well maintained. View from my window was horrible as the window glass and exterior of the building is covered in pigeon droppings. The pics attached are of dal khicadi ordered in room service, it was very watery and small quantity. The staff offered me to prepare again but I declined as it was already midnight and didn't want to wait again for the food as had a morning flight to catch. Overall good stay in Ghaziabad but alot of room for improvements.

加济阿巴德的财富 ITC 酒店是你能住到的最差的酒店。它又脏又旧，管理也毫无希望。2025 年 3 月，我和家人在这里住了 12 天。我们预订了 2 个房间，其中 1 个是套房。套房的阳台门坏了，锁不上，房间很不安全。我们投诉后，管理层花了 3 天才修好。房间里的保险箱坏了。他们花了 2 天才终于更换了保险箱。浴室又旧又脏（看下面的照片）。要不是我母亲住在附近，搬走对我们来说通勤时间很长，我也不会住在这里。这家酒店是三流的，急需维修。工作人员行动迟缓，缺乏培训。不要被网上发布的照片所迷惑。真相就在下面。ITC 管理层，你们应该为经营这样的垃圾场感到羞耻。
绝对惊人，值得每一分钱！空港红狐酒店一直是我每次到访这座城市的第一选择。工作人员和服务都非常好。迪帕女士非常好。总是乐于助人，满足所有要求和偏好。总体而言，它绝对值得您花的钱。
