Till today we have changed each couple 3 rooms in 2 days 1. The leakage in the bathrooms from the toilet 2. The walls are wet and smelling the mold fungus smell. 3.The TV is not working 4. The fridge not working 5. The towels are not old and moist. 6. The switches are broken and dangerous 7. The rugs are dirty and black. 8.The cupboards are not for keeping any of your stuff as they are moist and smelling fungus too. 8. No Wi-Fi from from when we are in this hotel and after it works it hardly moves. 9. The water in the shower is with no pressure at all.

What is disliked about this hotel are rooms. No natural lights that can enter the rooms. Rooms are closed from all sides except door.There are no windows either. Hotel is very conveniently located in Karol bagh area and food is OK.

From the moment we arrived at this hotel the staff were amazing.
The reception team were so attentative and very kind towards us.The breakfast and snacks were so good,The breakfast serving team was very helpful and efficient,food was excellent.

Good value hotel in the chaos of New Delhi. Exceptionally nice staff.
My only criticism is the shower head is poor and needs replacing

房间又脏又差,我们当天就退房了。所有设施都坏了,根本不能用。强烈不推荐。
地点不错——但洗衣服务价格高得离谱。而且我的叫醒服务迟了,他们也没有像我要求的那样当天打扫房间。因此分数较低。除此之外,其他都挺好的。
