I think the charging of 100 dollars deposit A bit high 🤔 and didn't even no you had to have that 😕 and luckily my daughter was with and had it SO IF I STAYED 3 NIGHTS WOULD IT BE A 300 DEPOSIT I REALLY LIKE TO KNOW THE LADY AT DESK WAS OK BUT NOT VERY GOOD AT GUEST SERVICE

Our hotel policy is and has always been known on every website and posted in our lobby as well indicating our deposit. It is only $100 on a card or $200 in cash regardless of how many nights you stay. It is not charged per night. We are also sorry to hear that you encountered a staff member who was less than hospitable. We will be sure to address this with our team. Thank you again for your business.

Nice location near downtown. Older but well-maintained facilities. Safe location. Very friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was good (but could use a few more options). Room was spacious. And the hot tub was relaxing.

This property is very clean and well maintained. Staff were very accommodating and courteous.

Customer service was great.
The room was clean. The sheets felt a bit thin; if they were a bit fuller, I think the bed would have felt comfier, but it was fine. I also wished they had a protein option for breakfast; they mainly just had bread, so we got some juice and went to have breakfast elsewhere.
