That being said, we have investigated the incident and our team did as much as they could given the circumstances, they called the police, secured witnesses for police investigation, followed up with them and even arranged for a taxi to take you to the police station safely from our lobby door to the station's guarded door. Aside from this, there was nothing else they could have done given that the complaint to the police has to be done strictly by the person affected and is mandatory for police to be able to open an investigation.We have since coordinated with the police to both follow up with your case and to increase patrolling in the area. 早餐很丰盛，服务人员很友好，我行李延误，酒店在我离开后帮忙签收的，距离机场半小时，去市中心也是半小时路程，有停车场
酒店地处非常偏远，周边空无一人，非常危险，最后一天在酒店门口被抢劫近2万人民币财物，就发生在酒店范围之内，结果酒店除了事后报警未提供任何帮助，就连去警局也让我们自行前往，由于被抢劫后心理害怕，而且又在晚上，西语也不通，请求酒店协助酒店也不肯提供帮助，服务非常差，最后在警局到凌晨只得请求当地朋友帮助，一定不要入住这酒店，对华美达彻底失望了。
干净整洁，员工也很友善。离市中心有点远。酒店菜单上写着有些餐点24小时供应，但我们下去点餐的时候却被告知已经不提供了。
干净整洁，空间宽敞。如果开车的话停车费也很划算。如果需要开车去机场，这是个不错的选择。
酒店离马德里市区很远，在一个几乎看不到人与店的工业区里，自驾可以考虑入住，非自驾慎选，每天打车来回景点既折腾又烧钱。还有，酒店有个***服务员，打扫房间时把房间垃圾桶的垃圾直接倒入马桶导致马桶无法使用，告知前台，前台答复是当晚无法处理，让我们去一楼大厅上厕，第二天前台无任何行动，后来我们自己叫了服务员处理掉才可用，真当气人，今生从未遇见过。订房时注意价格变动，我们将近一千的标间，平时只要五六百元。
安全，不过离市区有点远，离华纳公园很近，去华纳公园可以住这里
几年前我们住过这里，当时酒店还挺好的，但现在却严重退步了。浴室里全是霉菌，墙壁很脏，我们房间的窗框都烂掉了。而且，工作人员也非常无礼，对客人完全不感兴趣。
最糟糕的是噪音问题，吵得我们一整晚都没睡着。这绝对不是你所期待的，特别是考虑到价格。性价比完全不匹配，这家酒店根本不值这个钱。我绝不会向任何人推荐。
我们为自己和孩子预订了三间房，但不幸的是，在前往酒店的途中，我们在拉卡罗利纳遇到了车祸。尽管发生了这种突**况，我们请求将预订改期，但酒店拒绝提供任何形式的合作或通融。我们不得不支付全额费用，没有任何补偿。在这种情况下，他们如此缺乏理解和以客户为中心的服务，实在令人失望。
请务必仔细阅读他们的取消政策，因为他们似乎很少为不可预见的情况提供通融。这绝对不是我们将来会再次预订的地方！
