The room and the bathroom were comfortable, which was very nice. However, I felt that the mattress could be improved in the room. I hope this suggestion is helpful.

There was worms on the floor. Hotel management didn't arrange the other room until 1pm. Refused to refund me the next night. I had my kid with me, I wasn't feeling safe to stay in their rooms.

The room was nice, however the shower head did not function well. The water barely came out and there was an issue with the lower knob. When lifting the knob to switch from faucet to shower, it popped out. It was broken.
I also couldn't find a way to control the AC.

The booking of the room should have been 4 nights but only 3 nights were booked when I arrived I requested 1 more night and the hotel was full so I booked at another hotel. I was part of a group of 5 guests from my company and I tried every morning and evening to find out a room. But it was full, even this morning when checking out they were still full. I received a call from my VP saying that you had a room available this morning but I need 24 hours to cancel with no penalty. Good try but I will not be staying at your hotel in the future and I told that to the Front Desk... suddenly there is an opening.. Too late..

Great staff and service
Great room. Accommodated my dogs as well. The first room had a minor ant problem. We let the Front desk know and they immediately gave us a new room. They checked with us that the next room was good. The staff and service here are always friendly and quick to help.
